過了暑假之後，很多學生就要升上一個年級了，但大家知道在高等教育（higher education）中有所謂的「資格考」，大部分都是在博士班才會有這個考試（通常是考領域知識的筆試和口試），但有些碩士班也有這樣的制度，藉此系所能夠確保學生的專業能力、技巧是符合標準的，如果沒通過，有些系所就會請學生轉組，不得修原組別的二年級課程喔，你覺得這樣的做法怎麼樣呢？
